The Alternative Modelling Agency is the brainchild of Peter Coulson and Samantha Shields, an agency created to give greater representation to an Alternative beauty.

The Alternative Modelling Agency feels the need for a celebration of Alternative beauty in the mainstream media.  There is a fire and a passion in these models that can not be taught but is lived.

Peter Coulson started his career 30 years ago photographing local and international bands.

His passion for fashion lead him to start up his own photographic studio, Koukei Photography, five years ago, with a prestigeous client list including Sea Folley, Headmasters and D&G. 
 
Samantha Shields has a 15 year background in Sales & Marketing as well as the first-hand experience of being an Alternative Model.
